You must Log Into your Account using your email or username/password in order to request a warranty. Once you have requested an RMA, we will respond with the information to return or exchange your product.
We have a no-questions-asked policy. You may return or exchange anything you purchase from us within 30 days from the purchase date. We will only accept returns and exchanges as long as the following considerations are met:
1. If we can’t sell it, we can’t return or change it. Item must come back to us in the same packaging and same condition as we sent it out. Any tags or packaging must me included or we cannot accept it.
2. We pay shipping there, you pay shipping here.
3. Items must be insured when shipped.
If you are asking for a refund, we will inspect it to make sure we can sell it. We will then issue you a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. The amount of time it takes for the refund to show up on your statement will vary depending on the card company.
