WARRANTY

Shiver Shield outer wear gear is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.  If, for any reason, manufacturing defects occur, we will replace, repair or refund your purchase at our discretion.  This guarantee does not include wear and tear, wrong sizing or misuse of our products.  Any hardware, such as zippers, buttons, magnets, adjustment straps, hooks or latches have a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.  If your Shiver Shield outerwear gear is defective,  please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section on our Policies page.  We reserve the right to change this warranty as we see fit.
